Andrew provided saxophone lessons to my son and his classmate, so they could prepare for Fall Band in 5th grade. He has a direct approach and they quickly grasped the concepts. I strongly endorse him.

As a flute teacher, Andrew possesses an exceptional level of knowledge and an acute attention to detail. Despite my lack of theory background, I chose to take lessons with him. Andrew helped me lay down a solid foundation and his teaching style has made me feel a greater sense of unity with music. Should you ever find yourself struggling with a specific aspect of playing the flute, such as hitting high pitches, Andrew will provide the right amount of encouragement necessary to get you there. Although I am still in the process of learning, his instruction has been invaluable. In addition to being a talented teacher, Andrew has a wonderful personality and is always swift to respond to my questions. Even after my surgery, he was kind enough to give me a lesson at my apartment, despite the fact that I am only an adult student and am unlikely to become a professional flautist.

My 4th grade son has been receiving private lessons on the alto saxophone from Andrew for a year now, and he is simply amazing. Andrew is not only a solid individual, but he is also a skilled instructor who can start from scratch with your student and get them learning almost immediately. He motivates his students to better themselves and informs them of what obstacles they need to overcome. Andrew is a genuine, responsible, and diligent person.

With his gentle and patient manner, Andrew shows great talent in teaching the flute. He takes time to listen and answer all questions, making it easy for us who are new to the instrument. Thanks to his guidance, our daughter can already play two songs. Even as I listened in and out of the room during her lessons, I also learned more about the flute, helping me assist her during her daily practices of 15-20 minutes. Truly, great teachers bring out the best in their students. We eagerly await hearing more beautiful flute songs from our daughter as she continues to learn from Andrew.
