At GennieBee Catering, we go above and beyond traditional catering services. Our team comprises highly trained servers, bartenders, cooks, and a phenomenal chef who will work with you to create a customized menu tailored to your event's needs. Our focus remains on providing quality products and creating memorable dining experiences.I am Chef Denise, a Kansas native who grew up in Alabama and Arkansas. I hold two culinary arts degrees and a small business management degree from Cerritos College. As the Chapter President for the National Black Chefs Association in Southern California, I have worked alongside renowned chefs, including Michelle Berstein, Stephanie Izard, Ludo Lefebvre, and Suzanne Goin.
My years of experience in the food industry have helped me to create a unique, client-focused catering business with mouth-watering menus. Whether you're hosting a dinner for two, a wedding for 300, or craving a break from the kitchen, Chef Denise is the perfect choice for your needs.
Ultimately, I prepare each dish with a secret ingredient called love.

Oh my goodness! The dessert table was incredible with key lime cheesecake shooters, Southern banana pudding, peach cobbler with cinnamon whip, and a Kentucky butter cake glazed with lavender. All of our guests were raving about it! Chef Denise truly never disappoints. The quality, presentation, and flavor of her desserts are unmatched. The customer service is top-notch as well. You definitely get what you pay for with her. It's the whole package, and many of my friends who were at the wedding are already planning to book her for their own events in the future. Look no further for a phenomenal dessert experience! (I wish I had more pictures to share, but I was too excited to write this review!)

For a corporate retreat, our team engaged the services of Gennie Bee Catering. Denise, the owner, exhibited professionalism and responsiveness. I had numerous queries about meal planning, but she was always available to answer. We engaged Gennie Bee Catering to cook breakfast and lunch.
