Our appointment had to be rescheduled due to an unforeseen infant situation at our home, but Sir Carpet was incredibly supportive throughout the process. On the day of our rescheduled appointment, they arrived on time and were highly responsive. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in three rooms of our house, starting with spot cleaning followed by steam cleaning. The difference in our carpets was incredibly noticeable, and we wholeheartedly recommend Sir Carpet.
