Pia Ercole Voice Studio

For approximately two months, I have been receiving weekly voice lessons from Pia. She is an absolute joy to work with! 😄 Not only is she incredibly supportive, but she also makes the experience enjoyable! She is an exceptional teacher who transformed my classically-trained voice to a contemporary/pop style. Recently, I auditioned for a contemporary worship team, and while they were interested, they had concerns about my classical style, specifically my excessive use of vibrato. Pia provided me with simple yet effective techniques that helped me pass the audition and perform with the team for the very first time this past weekend! 😊 And we will continue to work together because I desire to broaden my understanding of singing in this genre. Before reaching out to her, I had spotted Pia on CrackerJack about a month or two ago. My intuition had told me that she would be the perfect voice teacher for me, and my gut feeling was spot on. Even though I am a singer/songwriter, I never considered myself a proficient vocalist. I had previously taken a few lessons, both independently and in college, but none of the teachers were able to explain things to me the way Pia does. They simply told me to belt without correcting my technique, causing me to strain my throat. However, since starting lessons with Pia just six weeks ago, I have already hit notes I never thought possible and have been able to sing with complete freedom. She has given me more value than any other teacher has, and I know that with time and her guidance, I will be able to sing comfortably and freely like it’s second nature. Pia is not only an exceptional teacher but also a fun and beautiful human being. Our lessons together are the highlight of my week, and I am grateful to have her as my teacher. On my first attempt at singing lessons, I was utterly lost as to where to begin with locating a coach and what honing a singing voice actually entailed. All I knew was that I had a passion for singing and aspired to exude a better sound than ear-piercing birdcalls. Pia, however, proved to be very attentive and accommodating, making sure beginners like myself weren't overwhelmed or defeated. Not only can she work with more advanced learners, but her aptitude at accommodating the needs of her students is excellent. I appreciate how she customizes each session and takes notes weekly to match my voice and style. Anticipating our lessons gives me great excitement, knowing the value I obtain from them. Notably, Pia's hours are flexible, and she herself has an incredible voice.
