Initially, I had low expectations for any contractor from CrackerJack. However, I was pleasantly surprised by F&B Electric. Their quick response to my online request was impressive and they promptly arrived at my house. It was impressive that they were able to diagnose that the issue with half of my house's electricity was due to an electric receptacle and not the box. They spent time figuring out the issue and didn't rush the process. Additionally, F&B Electric installed a video camera on the exterior of my garage and it was a clean job. They also installed motion sensor lights, but there was a minor hiccup with their placement. They didn't ask me about the location and drilled slightly higher than my preference. However, Selvin, Erik, and their team members were respectful and accommodating. They worked diligently and did not slack off. I was concerned that there would be signs of electric wire installation, but they left the place neat and tidy. Finally, I greatly appreciated F&B Electric's professionalism and thoughtfulness. They brought their equipment and even cleaned up after themselves. Selvin and Erik, along with their team members, were lovely to work with and provided me with one of the best contractor experiences. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

On Monday morning, I received a new washer and dryer, but was unable to install them due to the lack of a suitable outlet. I needed a 4 wire 220v outlet, but only had a 3 wire outlet. My husband and I decided to opt for a panel upgrade for our 45-year-old house, which we plan to sell within the next five years. F&B agreed on a price and were able to start the next day. Two other contractors also responded, but they quoted almost double the price and said they could complete the job in a week. Additionally, they stated that they would put holes in my walls but could not fix them, which I found disappointing. F&B arrived on time, had the necessary permit, explained the job, and pulled wires before turning off the power. Within a few hours, the power was back on, the walls were finished, and everything was cleaned up. Overall, my experience with F&B was the best I have ever had with any contractor, and I highly recommend them for any electrical service needs.
