The individual who arrived to evaluate our project seemed unprepared. They lacked essential items such as a business card, pen and paper, and measuring tape. Additionally, they did not ascend to the rooftop and were unable to provide satisfactory responses to basic installation inquiries. When prompted, they admitted to needing to consult with their installation professional regarding certain aspects. After requesting an estimator with more expertise, they tried to contact their install expert but ultimately we concluded that this company was not suited for our needs. In cases where an proficient estimator is unavailable, it is best not to send an individual at all.

Furthermore, he showcased a range of gutter and gutter protection samples to enhance our knowledge. I bought gutters from Will, a Homecraft representative, and they look amazing! Will was incredibly knowledgeable and gave a helpful presentation. He even came up with a fantastic design for my small patio. I learned a lot from him today - he's a genuinely nice individual who took the time to listen to my concerns about the building.
