I would give Jen all 5 stars if possible. I have been attending her classes for 2 months now and find her to be a kind and motivating trainer. Jen pushes me hard during workouts but knows when I am at my limit and encourages me when she thinks I can push further. Despite some hurdles in my personal life, Jen encouraged me to stick to my routine and never let me give up. I appreciate the effective workout routines she designs as I feel them working every time. I am also pleased with the progress I have made. Jen is worth the investment and makes scheduling easy for those with busy lives. Moreover, her meal plan is excellent, and she never judges when I stray from it occasionally. Jen truly is an amazing trainer!

Jenn has been a refreshing change for me as a trainer.
