Our team members are more than just coworkers, they are like family to us. This is what sets us apart and makes our team a unique one. Our business is privately owned, and we are licensed and insured. We take great pleasure in our work and wouldn't trade our jobs for anything. Cleaning is not just a job for us; we aim to satisfy our customers to the fullest. Unlike major cleaning franchises, we don't just rush in and out of homes. Our goal is to make our customers happy, and we always have their best interests at heart. The oven, kitchen cabinet doors, and stainless front of the dishwasher were left uncleaned. Although the bathrooms were satisfactory, the move-out extra service, which I paid for, was left incomplete. I promptly informed them the following morning via email about the unsatisfactory job, but unfortunately, they have not responded and have now become unresponsive. This is not up to their advertised standards.

I believe opting for the deep clean would have been a better choice as the cleaners only did the essentials hastily. I observed several baseboards left unwiped and the sides of appliances were overlooked.
