Greetings, I'm Tiara, and I've resided in Portland for 5 years now. Over the course of this time, I have developed a fondness for yoga, specifically Hatha and Vinyasa practices, which I have honed for 5 years. Tiara is highly attentive to the specific needs of each individual, customizing her sessions accordingly. Even though I lack flexibility, she remained patient and cautious to prevent any injuries during stretching. I experienced tremendous benefits after our initial session, and plan to persist with her. I highly endorse Tiara for both private and group yoga classes.
