Our 3 season room was constructed according to our exact specifications, and any inquiries we had were promptly resolved. We are extremely pleased with the exceptional quality of the workmanship. The result is stunning, and it has significantly enhanced the overall aesthetics of our home.

My windows now have awnings that were installed excellently. The cost was just right, and the installation was done on time and quickly. The end result is a beautiful product that I would gladly recommend to all my friends.

Mark Yates was incredibly affable and adept in his craft. He collaborated with us to achieve our distinctive design and offered us a fantastic bargain. Furthermore, his team demonstrated an equally impressive level of friendliness and professionalism. We have immensely enjoyed relaxing under the cool shade of the overhang!

Patio Room Factory constructed 2 new decks for me and also built a 10' x 12' screen room on the taller deck. Although the project faced permit hurdles, electrical obstacles and weather setbacks which prolonged the timeline, I am thoroughly pleased with the end result. It complements my backyard perfectly and boasts an impressive appearance. I highly recommend Patio Room Factory.

My previous screened-in porch got demolished by The Patio Room Factory and got replaced with a three-season sunroom. Their work was superb, ranging from demolition to the final touch. The design of the sunroom complements the entirety of the house, plus it seems to be well-insulated. I encountered minimal disturbance, and they tidied everything up. I'm inclined to give them 4.5 stars, deducting only for a few scheduling issues, which weren't significant.
