The cuisine was phenomenal and the employees were fantastic. Furthermore, the communication was exceptional. We plan to utilize their services for upcoming occasions.

Making sure our guests were well-fed was of utmost importance for our wedding. However, amidst the pandemic, it was difficult to find caterers that offered tastings or had up-to-date reviews. Fortunately, we discovered Fusion through CrackerJack and were impressed by their website, Instagram, and Yelp reviews. Unlike other caterers we had encountered, Fusion provided a diverse range of delectable foods that fitted our preference for more casual fare. Although we planned on arranging a tasting, we were unable to do so. Fortunately, Felicia helped us organize our rentals and florals, enabling us to estimate the expenses beforehand. During the event, Fusion's food was exceptional, and we received glowing feedback from our guests throughout the night. Felicia even ensured that we could sample the cocktail appetizers and had our entrées served to us at our designated seating. The appetizers stole my heart, particularly the mini grilled cheese with tomato soup that was perfect for the cooler evening. Moreover, we appreciated that the vegetarian dishes were as outstanding as their meat-containing counterparts. Fusion also kindly provided us with display items for our desserts, and the milkshake shooters we added at the last minute were a hit. It was heartwarming to see one of our guests, who had a dairy and casein allergy, have a vegan milkshake for the first time and would not stop raving about it for days. Fusion's staff worked well together and were incredibly helpful. Jupiter, in particular, recreated and even improved upon the signature cocktail we favored during our dates at Arclight. The servers were attentive and helpful, even helping us solve some unexpected issues. Additionally, Felicia was patient with us and provided a comprehensive explanation of all our queries. We were also pleased with her flexibility in working with our budget. Fusion's photographer also created a lovely reel for us, in addition to taking event photos. We were thoroughly satisfied with their service, and I would gladly have them cater for us again. Maybe we might even host a smaller gathering to enjoy more of that delicious tomato soup!

The staff, led by the exceptional Felicia, are skilled and always willing to help. They even went above and beyond by assisting us with our sweetheart table and kindly packing up leftovers so we could enjoy them at home after the wedding. The food is mouth-watering and undoubtedly one of the highlights of our event. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious slow-cooked barbecue ribs, which are an absolute must-try. We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied! I definitely plan on hiring Fusion LA again for any future events. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Felicia was my choice for catering my wedding and it turned out to be the highlight of the entire event. Being a chef myself, I had plenty of other chefs amongst my guests, so I knew the importance of delivering exceptional food that would please their palates. Felicia worked within my budget and we managed to offer the appetizers I had my heart set on, without any hidden day-of fees or last-minute charges. Almost every guest who attended my wedding commented on how spectacular the food was, and this was no exaggeration. At no extra costs, Felicia's team went above and beyond to create a special entree that accommodated my dad's allergies. The entire process was stress-free and on the day of the event, they were extremely professional and courteous, leaving the setup area spotless. Even the venue coordinator was impressed by the kitchen's cleanliness that they left behind. I cannot speak highly enough of this catering company, as a professional chef and a delighted customer, they are the perfect choice for any event.
