With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have provided coaching ranging from teaching swimming to roller skating. I am adept at creating customized health and fitness regimes to help individuals achieve their goals. As a Phase 2 certified Master Personal Trainer by the AAAI and ISMA, I have successfully trained adults, children, and individuals with disabilities. My passion for empowering individuals to lead a healthy and active lifestyle is unmatched. Currently, I am enhancing my personal training certification through NASM. This certification will include a Nutrition and Women's focused component, which make it ideal for expectant or new mothers aiming for a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
