Bri was scheduled to come to my 4-year-old's birthday party at noon and stay for 2 hours. However, at 12:20 on the day of the party, I had not heard from her. I tried reaching out to her through phone calls, text messages, and emails but received no response until 12:40 when she texted me saying she was in a minor accident and couldn't make it. I am yet to receive a refund. Since face painting was the only thing my daughter wanted for her birthday, her absence was a huge letdown for both of us.
