Throughout the entire project, the project manager was a consummate professional, accurately assessing the size and cost of the job, which we found to be quite reasonable. He skillfully managed his team, who were praised by our neighbors for their professionalism and courtesy. Communication was effortless, with our project manager always available via phone or WhatsApp. Working with the remote designer was equally seamless, as she was attentive to our needs and provided careful and precise solutions. Unexpected issues, such as dry rot in the bathroom, were dealt with promptly and without hesitation. The 3-month project, which included a 4-week wait time for cabinet manufacturing, was thoroughly cleaned and dusted upon completion, easing the process of moving back in. Overall, we are thrilled with the beautiful result and wouldn't hesitate to use TRIOND again!
