You may want to search for other wallpaper installers as I had an unsatisfactory experience with Paul from 360 Painting. Although he was the only one of three contractors to provide an estimate and agree to the job, his charges were steep. I decided to proceed and paid half the fee upfront to reserve a date, but it took over a month for his subcontracted installer to contact me for scheduling. I trusted her expertise and did not supervise the work closely. However, upon completion, I was dismayed to observe shoddy trimming, obvious gaps, patchy sections and poor seam alignment. I had to hire another company to strip off the paper and redo the job. Although I tried to get Paul to come and inspect the results, he was evasive and unresponsive. Despite being a pleasant person, his installer's skills in wallpapering seemed limited, as her main focus was painting. I felt Paul should have refunded my advance payment, and reimbursed me for the wasted wallpaper.

Back in October 2020, Paul and his team finished the exterior of our house, which turned out to be fantastic. The team was courteous, skilled, and amicable. We have more projects lined up with them as we intend to contract 360 Painting to paint the interior of our home. I appreciate that Paul offers advice on color combinations, recommended paints, and weather-resistant coatings to achieve the desired look. As customers, we wanted nothing short of the best, and Paul's expertise was on point.
