Colleen Jr. LLC is a woman-owned consulting and project management business that focuses on lifestyle and organization. My name is Colleen Koepke Jr., and I have been organizing since I was young. I have recently founded my business to offer my skills to clients. I provide solutions for both residential and commercial projects, such as remodel project management, professional organizing, smart home features, computer and printer setup, basic home repair, and more.
My background includes a degree in marketing and public relations and experiences working at W.W. Grainger and a commercial building automation company. Those experiences have given me the knowledge to manage my own business and assist my clients.
To ensure transparency, I provide estimates and communicate any changes before the job starts, and payment is due at the end of service. I require a $50 deposit to start a project, and the remainder of the bill is due at the end of service.

Colleen undertook several tasks for me and executed them to perfection. She skillfully organized my bedroom, closets, bathroom, and pantry, leaving no stone unturned. Furthermore, she adorned my home with striking Christmas decorations, rendering it a sight to behold. Her meticulousness and inventiveness are truly admirable. Moreover, she also transformed my home office by sorting out my documents and installing my computer and printer in a well-ordered fashion. Colleen is undoubtedly the project manager I had been longing for in my life.

This morning, I woke up feeling wonderful. It was crucial. 😍 I brewed myself a fresh cup of coffee and explored my immaculate and well-arranged house. It's such a peaceful feeling... To have decluttered and scrubbed up so much, making my home gleam beautifully. At first, I planned to recycle everything, including plastics and boxes. But, the task was too overwhelming, so I had to take a different approach. Those amazing girls put in a tremendous amount of effort yesterday, and it undoubtedly paid off. I feel incredibly thankful...

It's impossible to articulate how incredible Colleen was today. A true angel! Despite the fact that I requested a massive undertaking on short notice, she managed to fit me in. She conducted herself with utmost professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. She moved at a quick pace but made sure everything was meticulously organized. I've already scheduled my next project with her. The attached photo only shows the pantry and one side of the kitchen that she worked her magic on, but she tackled so much more. Even after completing such a monumental job, she remained pleasant and upbeat. Colleen estimated the required time fairly accurately based solely on the pictures I sent her. I'm beyond pleased with the service she provided.

Colleen Junior deserves more than just five stars but unfortunately, the system limits me to that. She transformed my cluttered, untidy, and grimy kitchen into a stunning piece of art. Not only did she demonstrate exceptional work ethic but also unleashed her creativity while maintaining a contagiously optimistic outlook.
