Our business has been running since 2018, connecting the Latin flavor of our culture to bring joy to your taste buds. We strive for perfection in our menu, ensuring an unforgettable experience for any occasion. Looking for a passionate and fun professional to enhance your soul and spirit on your special events? Our team caters to private events, food trucks, in-house private chefs for weddings, holiday parties, bachelor parties, company parties, engagements, sweet 16s, taquizas, and more! A minimum of $500-$1200 total service cost is required for booking, inclusive of all additional service fees. Please inquire for further details! 35%-50% deposit is required to secure your booking 90 days prior to your event.

For my 30th birthday celebration, I enlisted Chef Santana and his team to cater the event at my home. Prior to being hired, Chef provided a tasting and was very receptive to my vision for the menu. On the day of the event, the team was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent service. Our guests raved about the delicious food, particularly the carne asada tacos and shrimp tacos. Chef even went above and beyond by catering to our vegan guests with their own tasty servings of vegan tacos. I can't speak highly enough of the phenomenal refried beans they served. Overall, the quality of service and food was superb and I would highly recommend Chef Santana for any event. My 30th birthday celebration was a wonderful success thanks to Chef and his team.

The food was excellent! Communication beforehand was satisfactory but upon delivery, no food warmers were included and instead, the instruction given was to leave it in the oven. I sent a message to ask if this was a usual practice, but received no response. We were charged a drop off fee which covered set up time and prep for an hour, and I presumed this covered the food warmers as well.
Despite this, I must still give a full rating of 5 stars because all the meal choices were scrumptious.

I strongly recommend! Firstly, the communication was excellent. Secondly, the Chef's cuisine is incredible! We attended a wedding and couldn't resist going back for seconds; it was the best wedding food we've ever tasted. Later, at a private party, we could only think of catering from him again. Absolutely outstanding! Thank you very much!

Chef Santana and his sous chef, Chef Mama, were fantastic. The preparation was impeccable and the presentation was delightful. The guests were amazed by the appetizers, with the Dominican varieties being the most popular. The main course was exceptional in both presentation and flavor. Celebrating my daughter's and my milestone birthdays with family and friends was a delightful experience, made even more memorable by Chef Santana's superb performance. We are already planning on repeating this and thank the chefs for the magical evening.

Leading up to the event and on the day itself, we had a seamless experience. The team, led by Chef Santana, exhibited utmost professionalism, responding to our inquiries in a timely manner during the planning process. Additionally, they warmly welcomed our guests, serving them delectable hot meals and delicious cocktails from the bar.
