She has a varied professional background that includes experience in business analysis, project management, finance, and customer service roles. Lance, also from Haysville, graduated with a degree in total quality management from college and has experience in lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, sales, and operations. They have two sons and enjoy watching them play golf and baseball, traveling, and spending time with their dogs.
