I waited for days with no heat, anticipating the arrival of the company I hired to clean my ducts. However, when they finally arrived, they informed me that the bid they previously quoted me was inaccurate. Instead of honoring their original quote, they raised the price by over 400%. To add insult to injury, they blamed the mistake on their office staff. Furthermore, they arrived with a steam cleaning van instead of the giant specialty vacuum truck they boasted about having. I refused to pay their inflated price, but they demanded $250 just to do the job they initially bid $60 for. I strongly advise against using this company due to their bait-and-switch tactics and lack of appropriate equipment.

Due to my delay in scheduling cleaners and needing a quick turnaround, I didn't initially choose them. However, they displayed excellent responsiveness and made every effort to assist me. Although I failed to follow up on their suggestion to contact their scheduling department, the individual in charge of their online help took the time to inform me that they could arrange for an estimator to visit the following Wednesday, which was reasonable. Their team was very amiable and efficient in responding promptly to requests. Ultimately, it was my mistake for waiting too long.

They were absolutely fantastic! The gentleman devoted ample time and put forth his utmost effort into his work, and the results speak for themselves. The house now smells fresher, and the air conditioner is functioning much better. A heartfelt thanks for performing such meticulous work.

I have nothing negative to say about this company. The arrival of Mr. Juan was on schedule and he completed his work with a cheerful attitude. I am extremely satisfied with the results, as my concrete floors haven't appeared this fantastic in ages. I would unquestionably employ these individuals again for their exceptional performance!
