About
Greetings! I'm from Cazadores Catering and we conduct 10 to 20 events weekly, offering American, Mexican, BBQ, Italian, Chinese, Indian, and breakfast cuisine, with a variety of appetizers to choose from too.

Either myself or Gabby are available to assist you at the restaurant from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm. Our chefs cook on location with a small kitchen/cart we provide, or we can simply deliver the food.

The cost is dependent on group size and type of cuisine. We have 8 kitchens and 4 vehicles available, covering northern and central California. Our culinary experience spans 30 years, so please don't hesitate to contact me for further details.

- HAMBURGER/HOTDOG MENU:
Hamburgers made with hand-made Angus beef or hot dogs, hot links, bbq chicken, BBQ ribs, baked beans, white rice, green salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, watermelon, or cookies.

- VEGETARIAN MENU:
Chile Rellenos, grilled corn tofu, veggie tamales, veggie rice, veggie beans, chips, salsa, grilled veggies, salad, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and churros.

- MEXICAN MENU:
Taco bar tortillas corn and flour, sirloin grilled steak, premium grilled chicken, 5-hour roast pork, veggie Spanish rice, veggie refried beans, thin corn chips, Pico de gallo salsa/red salsa/green salsa, grilled veggies(bell pepper onions tomatoes), salad(iceberg/green leaf/red shaved cabbage with carrot tomatoes cucumbers and side ranch and Italian), guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and churros with caramel or cream inside for dessert.

- CHINESE MENU:
Chinese salad, veggie chow mein, veggie fried rice, veggie deluxe with tofu, sauteed string beans, kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, beef broccoli, orange chicken, general chicken, battered fish, kung pao shrimp, fortune cookies.

- APPETIZER MENU:
Shrimp cocktail, Chipotle shrimp skewers, chicken skewers, fried taquitos(potato, chicken, beef), quesadillas cooked fresh on-site, chicken wings, grilled cheese sandwiches cooked fresh on-site, vegetable platter, sandwiches(ham, turkey, veggie), cheese board, nachos bar, onion rings, hot spinach artichoke dip, stuffed jalapenos, mozzarella breaded sticks, egg rolls, meatballs in marinara, bruschettas, smoked sausages in BBQ sauce(smokies), pork bbq ribs, fried mac and cheese balls, churros, raspberry cheesecake poppers, tiramisu poppers, pies, freshly made cookies, mini cupcakes, sliced fruit, fruit prepared mex style w/ granola raisins cream coconut (bionico).

Scrambled eggs, chorizo/ham eggs, veggie rice, veggie beans, country potatoes, bacon, pork/turkey sausage, Texas french toast, fruit, tortillas, or bread. Breakfast burritos, brunch, and continental breakfast also available.

- MEDITERRANEAN MENU:
- Chicken kabobs
- Beef kabobs
- Vegetable kabobs
- Quinoa salad with apricots, basil, and pistachios
- Roasted corn and black bean salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, chipotle ranch dressing
- Arugula salad with strawberries, feta, toasted sunflower seeds, and citrus vinaigrette

Working with Evan was fantastic. He was highly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond when we encountered issues obtaining fire permits for our San Francisco event. Thanks to Evan's extra effort, we were able to secure the necessary permits. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the quality of the food, and Evan's crew truly made our special day unforgettable!

For our End of Year Company Lunch, we decided to try Cazadores Catering even though they operate from Santa Clara while we are located in Sonoma. Our decision turned out to be a great one as everything was flawless. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding. The appetizers and main courses were both a great success, and the chefs were highly professional and communicative. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for delicious, freshly cooked meals that will leave you feeling satisfied. Our guests couldn't help but go back for seconds, and the food and service were both excellent.

Cazadores performed exceptionally well as everyone relished their scrumptious cuisine. However, the only setback was that the churros were in short supply. Nevertheless, we intend to employ their services again.
