I have to commend this company for their exceptional customer service. Initially, I had arranged to have some wallpaper installed but upon the installer's arrival, it became apparent that the paper I had purchased online was flawed. Despite his earnest efforts, it was impossible to make it work. William, the installer, went above and beyond by assisting me in taking pictures of the shoddy paper to send to the manufacturer. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating throughout the whole process. The manufacturer sent replacement wallpaper, assuring me that it had undergone quality control before being shipped. However, upon scheduling a second installation with the same installer, the new rolls also turned out to be defective. I should have checked them before his arrival, but I had relied on the manufacturer to be truthful about the quality control. Yet again, William was understanding and amicable towards the situation. He even suggested that I try another manufacturer, displaying empathy and kindness. All in all, I have developed a high opinion of this company due to their exceptional customer service.

Although I considered doing the wallpapering myself for my half bath, hiring Pachos turned out to be the best decision. Francisco was incredibly amiable and skilled, showing up ahead of schedule and completing the task efficiently. The installation was done flawlessly, and their quote was significantly more competitive than others I received. I would not hesitate to employ their services again and would gladly suggest them to others.

Wallpapering was quite challenging for me as I had to deal with a complex powder room, encompassing five walls, a transom window, and pop outs. Nevertheless, the professionals did a fantastic job despite the irritating natural texture of the grass cloth wallpaper.
