Although CrackerJack only allows rating in three categories, Santiago deserves all five - he is exceptional in work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality. It was my Aunt who recommended CrackerJack to me when I was looking for a personal bartender for my husband's 30th birthday. I had inquired about the services of many different companies, but Santiago was the only one who felt right. He was responsive from the beginning, and made adjustments according to our needs. He was flexible and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Santiago's services to anyone, as my family and friends were thoroughly impressed by his skills. He even created a cocktail using our own bottle of Soju, which my cousin had requested, and it was amazing! Santiago's professionalism and his contribution to my husband's birthday was absolutely incredible. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did to make the occasion so special. For my 30th birthday celebration, I selected EL Cumbala Bar & Pizza to cater my event. Santiago's responsiveness throughout the planning stage was impressive, and he arrived promptly on the day of the occasion. The pizza was absolutely scrumptious, and all of the attendees could not stop commenting on how delectable it was. The bartender's performance was also noteworthy, and the cocktails he served were heavenly.

According to the guests, Santiago was the most incredible wedding bartender of all time. They assert that Santiago was the absolute ideal choice for their outdoor gathering of approximately 60 individuals. He arrived fully equipped with all the necessary bar supplies, mixed the drinks flawlessly, assisted in planning the menu, estimated the quantity required, and maintained an optimistic attitude throughout the entire event. There is no doubt in their minds that Santiago should be given a 100% recommendation.

Santiago proved to be an exceptional bartender and we wholeheartedly endorse him. He was engaged to cater drinks for my wife's birthday bash and his concoctions left everyone awestruck.
