Nichole curated an absolutely scrumptious birthday brunch menu for myself and five of my closest girlfriends. Her culinary creations were inventive and luscious. Among the standout dishes were the scrumptious Mediterranean Cucumber Cups that made for an excellent appetizer as well as the popular Mini Spinach & Feta Frittatas. The Chocolate Guinness Cake adorned with a creamy Coconut Frosting was the talk of the party and a definite crowd-pleaser.
Her punctual arrival and tidy wrap-up of the proceedings exhibited her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills. The overall experience was flawless, and I highly suggest Nichole's services to anyone seeking a private chef for their special occasion.

Island Chef, run by Nichole, provided excellent catering for our family's birthday celebration. The spread was impressive, showcasing a diverse range of mouth-watering dishes that were the perfect amount for all to enjoy. Nichole effortlessly assumed control of the kitchen without interrupting the festivities, making her services invaluable.
We would definitely hire Island Chef again, though the main meat dish was underwhelming. Despite this small letdown, we wholeheartedly recommend Nichole and Island Chef for any event.
