The project was completed at a significantly lower cost than expected, but unfortunately the quality of the initial work and final outcome was not satisfactory. The team did return twice to fix the issues, however, and eventually completed the job to a satisfactory level. While it took three attempts to get it right, the end result was good value for money. I would rate their effort and commitment to pleasing the customer at 4 stars, but cannot give a perfect score due to the initial errors that needed fixing.

Quality Renovations was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly seek their services again. Wendy, their designer, was particularly useful when it came to discussing and investigating design possibilities that matched our requirements, which was beneficial for us since we only had a vague notion of what we desired. Additionally, they were very considerate and professional in their approach, such as cutting and painting most of the boards outside our home to reduce any fumes and noise that could affect our baby, as well as minimize their work hours at our residence. My overall experience was excellent!

My satisfaction with my 3-panel walls is beyond measure. Initially, I had reservations regarding the design, but with the unwavering assistance of Douglas and Wendy, the project was a resounding success. The installation of the panels was expertly done at a reasonable cost after I had my new house painted. Subsequently, I will not hesitate to entrust them with my future remodeling needs.
