For the past 2 years, I've been delaying the hiring of professionals to address the issue of ice buildup beneath the bottom drawer of my Samsung refrigerator's freezer. After researching, I discovered that some individuals experienced recurring issues and wasted their money after securing professional services. Therefore, I've been manually defrosting every 4-6 weeks to eliminate the accumulation of ice. However, the situation has worsened, compelling me to contract someone to solve it.
