Erin was amazing. Prior to connecting through CrackerJack, I had never crossed paths with her. My hectic work schedule left me with no time to pack our home as we relocated from TX to MD. Erin provided me with an estimate, which was appropriate, and followed up with me accordingly.
She packed our entire home at a fair price. Unfortunately, on the day of the move, the moving company I had hired failed to bring a truck of the right size, which resulted in many of our possessions being left behind. However, turning to Erin once more proved to be a godsend. She orchestrated the loading of the remaining belongings on a trailer, took care of coordinating a cleaning, and ensured that our Texas home was ready to be shown for sale.
In hindsight, I should have used Erin's services for the entire move. She was professional, trustworthy, and most importantly, dependable. Given her exceptional skills, if she's still in the industry, I'm hiring her and her company for my next move. There's no doubt that she'll have become the Uber of the moving industry by then!

Erin and Trisha have done an incredible job with my house. I feel like a huge burden has been lifted off my shoulders after they so efficiently organized and cleaned out my kitchen and toddler's toy area. I regret not taking before and after photos of the amazing transformation. I'm definitely going to hire them again when I'm ready to tackle the upstairs.
