Ana and her team were pleasant to deal with and scheduling was easy. Since my house was quite dirty, the job was significant. Upon arrival, Ana advised that an additional $100 would be required for a "deep cleaning," though the specifics of this were not explained. I assumed it meant more work and time required. Numerous areas were cleaned well, although I discovered some left undone in multiple rooms. I regret not conducting a thorough inspection upon completion or having them do so themselves since they concluded in just four hours, the typical timeframe for a standard cleaning. Although I would hire them again and assign 3.5 stars if possible, I would seek better communication before and during their services.

Her pricing was fair and Nabile did a great job. I intend to enlist her services again.
