Hi there! My name is Rachel and I am the founder of Rachelpixiefit. I specialize in offering customized training programs to women and couples who are striving to feel and look their best. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Throughout my career, I have helped countless clients achieve their goals by overcoming injuries, reducing pain, building muscle, and losing weight. My ultimate mission is to empower people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds to unlock their full potential and live a healthy, happy life.

When you train with me, you'll gain proficiency in correct technique, as well as gain a deep understanding of what your body needs to thrive. Workouts are carefully curated to meet your individual goals and desires, and are brimming with engaging and enjoyable exercises.

Of course, nutrition plays a pivotal part in achieving your goals, which is why I've made it a key component of our program. After completing my nutrition schooling, I am well-equipped to teach you the best way to nourish your body and eat intuitively, steering clear of restrictive diets.

I am passionate about fitness because of the profound impact it has had in my own life. My hope is to foster a similar experience for you, and guide you in joining me on the path of a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.
