My main aim is to help women transform into their healthiest selves, even the ones who think they don't have enough time- let's create some!
My journey of almost a decade in the fitness industry has taught me to strive for continual learning to assist my clients in a more wholesome way. I also believe in setting an example; thus, I work on myself personally to guide my clients better.
My background in martial arts and exercise science allows me to create customized programs for each individual. I am eager to help you become a healthier version of yourself!

Prior to enlisting Agila as my personal trainer, my experiences with trainers left much to be desired. The reasons varied from an insufficient level of hands-on training (especially through online means), a lack of accountability (such as weigh-ins and body fat checks), inadequate attention towards individualized nutritional requirements, and neglect regarding proper form. However, upon perusing the positive reviews from Agila's former clientele, I decided to give it one more attempt. I'm thrilled to report that all the aforementioned drawbacks vanished! As a complicated client with injuries and struggles in sustaining a healthy relationship with food, Agila didn't simply bail like other trainers. Instead, she devised a plan to motivate and support me to remain in the game even when I wanted to throw in the towel. This was exceedingly beneficial, as I needed to rectify my dietary habits for success. Agila takes immense pride in her work and displays patience and a great attitude. To achieve success, one must communicate their progress and setbacks so that Agila can make the appropriate adjustments. I would absolutely hire her again!
