For more than eight years, I have owned solar panels and had them cleaned a few times before hiring Panel Boys for the job. They now look better than they ever have since we first installed them. When Taylor came out to work on our panels, he maintained communication through text messages. During our conversation, we discovered that he had previously worked for the same company that installed our panels. This information put us at ease, knowing that he had a thorough understanding of how to properly handle the job. We had to leave early, allowing Taylor to finish the work independently. To our surprise, he went above and beyond by leaving the work area cleaner than he found it. We were extremely impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail. My panels have not been cleaned in four years since their installation. However, Panel Boys LLC restored them to their original shine. The contractor confirmed his licensure and insurance to me, and I expressed concerns about his safety on the roof. He assured me of his long-standing experience working on roofs and demonstrated professionalism and respect throughout. I will undoubtedly engage their services again.
