I absolutely love my personal training sessions with Cindy at ianfitness! The workouts are incredibly effective and I feel like I get more done in 30 minutes than if I were to spend 2 hours at a regular gym on my own. It's great to just show up and have everything planned out for me, and I appreciate how efficient the exercises are in targeting multiple areas of my body. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at ianfitness.

In terms of fitness studios, I must say Ian Fitness is one of the top-notch ones! The Boot camp sessions are truly exceptional, with a diversified routine and constant backing from the coaches. I have been enrolled with a personal trainer for more than a year here, and I have shed weight, lost inches, and feel far more robust. The trainer has been instrumental in accomplishing my fitness aspirations. I strongly recommend giving it a try!

Ian isn't the sole person responsible for training as he has hired staff to deal with new clients. My trainer, Kevin, has been doing well but he might be overburdened with too many clients as his follow-through isn't outstanding.

The consultation with Ian at Green Lake IanFitness was an absolute blast! He provided me with a customized training and nutrition plan to help me lose 10lbs and build the necessary strength for my upcoming Tough Mudder event in June. I have completed three 30-minute sessions and am extremely optimistic about achieving my desired results, potentially even ahead of schedule.
