TM Electric ⚡️

Given the option, I would choose all five qualities for this review. TM Electric, specifically Byron, was fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain his process and willingly answered any inquiries I had. It's important to note that there is a distinction between being "nice" and being "kind." Byron and Yashar exhibited exceptional kindness and responsiveness, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect throughout the entire project. They managed to relocate a chandelier and install a new wire to enable a single light to operate on its own switch. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again for any future electrical needs.

TM Electric was hired to resolve the issues with a few of our home's outlets. They were extremely responsive, prompt, and even went out of their way to assist us in identifying the root cause of the problem. We would definitely enlist their services again in the future.

Yashar excelled today by arriving punctually and conducting a meticulous investigation with a focus on detail. He rectified my preliminary evaluation of the issue and went on to conduct a test, ultimately confirming that the issue was not related to wiring but rather due to the ballast unit malfunction within the light.

I am grateful that he promptly put me on this schedule and efficiently replaced six different lights with four distinct fixture types despite the challenging task of replacing outdated wiring and fixtures. The work was punctual and excellent. Many thanks!
