I had an unsuccessful experience with Kelly. Despite making promises, she couldn't keep them. I waited for a month for her to organize my house, but she didn't show up. She took control over my contractors and even attempted to charge me for talking to them. She only spent six hours here and helped me clean out my closet and pantry before disappearing. She violated her own contract and demanded more payment than she worked for. When I refused, she threatened to take me to small claims court. I cannot recommend Kelly as she is unreliable and fails to communicate properly. Although she seemed sweet initially, she broke her contract and tried to overcharge me.
