Great work! I got an excellent bargain on buying a car, but sadly, the vehicle had the pungent smell of smoke. Being an asthmatic, it was crucial for me to find someone who could eradicate the odor. I am thrilled that I chose Dave, as the smell has completely disappeared and there are no indications of it coming back.

I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the odor removal treatment and pleasantly surprised that it has an added bonus of disinfecting. The previous occupants of the house had numerous pets, but after the treatment, there was no evidence of any unpleasant odor or pet-related residues. Working with Dave, the owner, has been a delightful experience. Amidst several recent trades I have had to encounter, Dave stood out as the most professional and reliable. I strongly advocate using his company for any future requirements.

While Dave exhibited professionalism on the phone and effectively eliminated the odor, I encountered several issues during the project. Despite scheduling the work in March, Dave did not provide me with a walkthrough date or a clear cost estimate. Instead, he presented an extensive range of 0.35-85 cents for each square foot. Unaware of the standard cost for odor removal, I estimated a slightly higher cost of $0.45 per square foot, expecting to pay approximately $750.00 for my 1550-square foot house. However, upon completion of the job, Dave revealed that it would cost $1,000 or more. Moreover, Dave did not inform me of the pre-work requirements or his plan to leave chemicals that I had to spray since debris remained, and he would be out of town for a week. Failure to communicate these details prevented me from rescheduling the project accordingly. While the work was satisfactory, I was dismayed by the lack of customer service and the unexpected bill. Dave refused to discount the job despite the fact that I had to do my own chemical spraying and threatened to take legal action if I refused to pay. Hence, I recommend that you insist on a line-item estimate and a walkthrough of your job before hiring Dave, as he appears to have little interest in retaining clients. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with him again, especially for future properties that I acquire.
