I noticed that the floor remained incomplete and contacted Alvaro for assistance. Though he promised to assess the situation, he did not respond to my repeated phone calls. Despite my initial satisfaction with the job, it has become apparent that the floor is deteriorating and unstable, only a few weeks after installation. Although I would have given a higher rating, I am displeased with Alvaro's lack of honesty regarding the unfinished work. Moreover, I have noticed that the work was performed with a lack of precision and attention to detail.
