I am uncertain about the star rating system - is one star the highest or is it five stars? Despite my confusion, I cannot say enough good things about Lina. She truly cares about her clients, as I witnessed firsthand, and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lina was able to tailor her approach to suit my specific needs, particularly in regards to rehabilitating my left knee after surgery and addressing other related issues such as decreased mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and overall functionality. The most valuable aspect of working with Lina was not just her external accountability, but her ability to act as a coach who encouraged and supported my own internal motivation and self-discipline. Despite facing multiple physical setbacks, Lina never gave up on me and inspired me to never give up on myself. Additionally, Lina's skills in meal preparation were a game-changer for me, as I lost over 14 inches thanks to her expertise. Combining exercise with a healthy diet under Lina's guidance is the key to success, and I consider myself lucky to have found such a fantastic trainer. If you happen to come across this review by chance, don't hesitate to contact Lina - I highly recommend her services. Although I must bid farewell for now as I head off to travel in Europe, I wish I could bring Lina with me and say "Honey, I shrunk the trainer..." - but alas, I cannot.

Amazing! Lina is more than just a personal trainer; she functions as my physical therapist. Her attentive nature and continuous support between workouts make her an exceptional listener. I appreciate her hands-on approach and the fun gear she uses. While she challenges me, Lina always wears a smile on her face and encourages me to squeeze out one more rep. She enjoys discovering new tips and tricks, which elevate my workout experience. Lina helped me improve my posture and strengthen my hips, which is essential due to my earlier involvement in sports. For over 3 years now, Lina has been my personal trainer. As someone who has never been naturally athletic, the idea of going to the gym used to scare me. Fortunately, Lina's training approach is well-rounded and she can adapt it to any injury! She's easy to work with and always responsive. Whether it's a group workout or one-on-one session, I always get a great workout in. I really can't say enough nice things about her and my entire body has transformed thanks to her guidance. I would highly recommend Lina as a trainer no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
