Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. As a native Californian, I spent a couple of years in Oklahoma. My roots are in Costa Mesa, Laguna Hills, and East LA for high school, and I attended college at San Diego State University. Go Aztecs! Recently, I relocated to Temecula and am eager to grow my private practice through CrackerJack. My yoga sessions are personalized and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. After all, we all have different builds and sizes, and there should be no one-size-fits-all approach to yoga.

As a mobile yoga instructor, I offer private, semi-private, group, and corporate wellness services. Whether it's for a yoga party, restorative session, or prenatal yoga, I have over a decade of experience in group fitness and am a Certified Yoga Teacher. My instruction is easy to follow, even if you're new to yoga.

My expertise lies in helping clients enhance their mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance. I specialize in teaching sustainable yoga practices and relaxation techniques that aim to relieve stress and improve mood, such as calming the vagus nerve. Every session is unique and tailored to meet the individual's specific needs and goals.
