These fellows are truly exceptional - our furry companions have never been boarded nor received expert grooming services before, but Alfonso provided an astounding experience, and our dogs were completely at ease to jump into the trailer and relax! The service provided was extraordinary, with an immediate and exceptional response to a time-sensitive task. Communication was superb and the elderly, 150-pound dog with 4-inch nails and thick matted coat received great care and attention. The owners had no means of transportation, so Mr. Ruiz went above and beyond by carrying the dog to their impeccably clean and fully functional groom shop. The quoted price was what was charged, all while remaining highly competitive. Mrs. Ruiz is an exceptionally caring and skilled groomer, making them the best groomers we have ever trusted with our dogs. Don't hesitate to call them, as you won't want to use anyone else once you do.
