- The Event Preparation Experience:
- Consultation to plan menus and determine cocktail preferences and bar service requirements
- Detailed grocery list for purchasing alcohol and ice
- Custom menu with personalized cocktail names
- Menu sample with various options
- Hand-crafted cocktails with unique recipes (4-7 cocktails or mocktails); up to 3 shooters available without extra cost
- Liquor liability and general liability coverage (additional $30 fee per event)
- Prompt and open communication with customers until the event date
What's Provided for the Event?
- All the necessary bar supplies to make cocktails (e.g. shakers, jiggers, speed pours)
- Two coolers for ice and chilled beverages
- Various garnishes (fruits, rims, and toppers)
- Disposable cups (assorted sizes for wine, shots, and cocktails)
- Cocktail napkins and straws
- Handwritten menu board
- Set-up and clean-up services, with early arrival to ensure a prepared bar area
Additional Options Available at Extra Cost
- EMC Mobile Bar Cart, equipped with lights and serving area ($70)
- Mixers (e.g. fresh juices, sodas, etc.)

My husband's 80s themed birthday party was made complete by the great skills of Erin, our bartender. She created custom cocktails that were named after 80s themes, which were a total hit. Erin is an amazing bartender who is perfect for all your needs. She is an expert at her job, excels at building relationships with her clients, and is known to be an entertaining companion. Erin crafted custom-made drinks for our wedding and exhibited her artistic skills by designing the most adorable drink board ever.
