PTY Restoration and Jose are truly remarkable. After noticing a foul odor in my home that persisted for days, I suspected it was a result of a dead animal. However, upon consulting with our plumber, it came to light that the wastewater from our kitchen was leaking due to a major pipe issue. The plumber connected us with Jose on a Saturday at 4pm, and within 18 hours, Jose arrived to assess the situation and offered a highly economical bid. He drained the accumulating water, eradicated mold, mildew, and bacteria, and replaced the affected topsoil, thus eliminating the stench. Additionally, he provided over 30 pictures and an insurance report. The next day, the plumber replaced the pipe. Jose is not just remarkable at his work, he's a great conversationalist too!

Jose's expertise and insights on my mold issue were truly enlightening. I am grateful for his candid feedback and recommendations on how to tackle the problem in my closet.
