Before we hired him, he visited our home to provide a quote and informed us of additional charges in case any extra work was needed. He was accommodating with scheduling and worked around our availability. Adam displayed a high level of professionalism by completing the task swiftly and cleaning up the mess that was created from cutting the carpet. Not only that, he even vacuumed the area afterwards. I would not hesitate to rehire him for re-stretching or carpet installation. His service was both courteous and professional, and his pricing was fair.

Our cat had taken over a corner of the room and Adam did an amazing job of recarpeting it. Even though we had the extra carpet, he went the extra mile by providing tack strips and pet friendly padding. Adam responded quickly to our messages, gave us an accurate quote and most importantly, cleaned up after himself. He worked swiftly and efficiently, and I regret not having called him sooner!
