Ms. Zarema has been teaching my three eldest sons for the past six years, and my youngest eagerly anticipates starting lessons with her when he reaches seven next year.

For more than a decade, Teacher Zarema has imparted her knowledge of piano playing to my two sons. Thanks to her guidance, both of them have attained advanced certification through the California Music Teachers Association’s program. Zarema is an extremely skilled piano instructor and I strongly suggest her to individuals aspiring to perfect their piano playing.

My older son consistently excelled in piano and theory exams every year throughout high school because Zarema delivered effective results. Zarema's foundational work enabled both of my sons to possess musical abilities and write music.

For six years, I pursued piano lessons under the tutelage of Ms. Zarema spanning across junior high and high school, and I wholeheartedly recommend her as a piano teacher. Her musical prowess is awe-inspiring as she seamlessly sight-read even the most challenging compositions. Moreover, her ability to communicate complex techniques through creative drills and practice tools helped me to translate the sounds in my mind to my fingers. I believe that her approach toward teaching is individualized, and she analyzes each student's strengths to communicate in a way that resonates with them.
Ms. Zarema strikes an appropriate balance between rigor and enjoyment by emphasizing classical repertoire while also incorporating jazz, ragtime, and select film scores. She encourages personal musical interests and wholeheartedly supports student-led projects. Overall, Ms. Zarema instilled in me not only a love for playing, but also the necessary skills to succeed.

For several years, I've been learning to play the piano from Ms. Zarema. She possesses great knowledge, patience, and kindness, yet she lays great emphasis on establishing the correct foundation of piano playing. She ensures that my posture and hand position are appropriate.
Ms. Zarema arranges events twice a year, providing her students with the opportunity to participate in a recital. She also offers a chance to participate in numerous music festivals.
Additionally, I was able to attend the Certificate of Merit exam for multiple years, consistently advancing to higher levels.
I was able to play several delightful and enjoyable pieces, a few of which I can still perform by heart today.
I would highly recommend Ms. Zarema as a piano teacher to anyone eager to learn. If I intend to continue taking piano lessons in the future, I would unquestionably return to her.
