The cleaning job was impressive, but the customer service was lacking. They failed to communicate effectively prior to the appointment despite scheduling it days in advance. Additionally, they unexpectedly increased the price by 60% with no explanation. Furthermore, they only accepted payment in cash or check, not through Zelle, CashApp, etc. While the cleaning itself was great, the subpar customer service experience means I won't be using their services in the future.

The two women were exceptional. They carried themselves with great professionalism and attention to detail. They were prompt and their work was so outstanding that I intend to keep using their service for the foreseeable future. This is hands down the best cleaning service I have received in a very long time.
