Due to his expertise and experience in working with Parkinson's patients like myself, I sought out Vincent. Over the past two years, my training sessions with Vincent have surpassed all of my expectations. Despite being 63 years old, I now look forward to every session which has not been the norm for me in many years. Vincent portrays all the qualities one would desire in a personal trainer. He is exceptionally kind and encourages me through positive reinforcement. He is very attentive to my needs and prioritizes my well-being. Exerceo Fitness was recommended to me by my wife who worked with expert trainer Vince at a health club in Mamaroneck, NY. Since January 2021, Vincent has been my workout buddy. Throughout our sessions, I've noticed significant improvements in my strength, stamina, and flexibility. Vincent tailors exercises to my current health condition, ensuring that I'm not pushing beyond my limits. In fact, he creatively incorporates my farming tools such as hay bales and full buckets into our workout routines. This unconventional approach, along with challenging exercises like resistance bands and circuit training, never fails to keep me engaged and motivated. Thanks to the virtual training format, I fondly refer to Vincent as my "pocket trainer" who accompanies me anywhere, leaving no room for excuses.
