Imeldi and his team were assigned the task of painting all surfaces on the first floor, along with installing new flooring due to over 20 years of wear and tear, dog damage, and other damages requiring touch-ups. The transformation from the before and after pictures is impressive. The project included various small tasks such as installing new trim at the floor level and moving old carpet from one room. As the main project progressed, they addressed other issues such as fixing the front door and rotted frame at the bottom, reinforcing the front steps, adding trim around all windows, and more. Although there were some challenges with the gray paint blending in some areas, Imeldi ensured that they applied as many coats as needed to achieve a perfect finish. His pricing was reasonable, and he took care of everything. I have already recommended him to my friends and for my father's house as well.
