On the day I made the request, he arrived promptly and solved an issue with my Samsung dryer which my home warranty representative had identified as a faulty motor. I had been waiting for a couple of weeks for their verdict on the repair. However, he rectified the issue within twenty minutes of his arrival! Moreover, he inspected my dishwasher with ease.
