I would anticipate that the technician could make the sump-pump function rather than using a wet vac if I am charged $400 for water elimination.

The experience proved quite bothersome. It commenced well with a prompt response to a leaky window in our guest room causing wall damage on New Years Day. Initially, their process explanation and assistance in my insurance claim submission were praiseworthy. Regrettably, the claim was denied, and the company's responsiveness subsequently diminished. I finally managed to contact them, and they committed to provide remediation and dry-in-place options. Surprisingly, I received no further communication after that, despite the urgency they previously emphasized. After a week's wait, I opted for an alternative company that promptly resolved the issue. Although I cannot vouch for the former company's service quality, I was disappointed in their communication, particularly after my failed insurance claim.
