I came across Amy online when I was looking for help with some personal problems. She turned out to be the perfect person for me to confide in on a variety of difficult topics. We schedule a one-hour session on Zoom every week, and I typically feel better after talking to her, as she attentively listens and provides great insights. Amy is an excellent listener who poses relevant questions to understand my concerns. She recalls the details of our previous discussions and checks in on issues that require further attention. I feel lucky to have found such a valuable resource, and I have confidence in relying on her. After a few months of regular conversations with Amy, I am grateful for her support, and I look forward to our weekly meetings. Thank you, Amy.

Amy is an empathetic and relatable therapist. In my experience, first therapy sessions can be challenging, but with Amy, it was the best one yet. Within 30 minutes, she helped me establish connections and provided me with fresh perspectives. Throughout the session, she consistently acknowledged and affirmed my emotions. I am definitely scheduling another appointment with her.
