With over a decade of experience in professional kitchens, I am a classically trained chef. During my career, I served as a sous chef and executive sous chef under Chef Mark Sullivan at The Village Pub, a one star Michelin establishment, for four years. In total, I worked under Chef Sullivan for five years. Previously, I was a jr. sous chef under Chef Jose Garces in Philadelphia.

I am the owner and operator of L'orange, and I bring my expertise in high-level cooking straight to your home. My services include daily meal prep or special luxury dining experiences for your enjoyment.

Upon my request for weekly meal preparation for a family of four, Rob promptly responded and discussed our food preferences. He provided a seasonal menu for me to select from. On the day of the meal prep service, he arrived punctually and spent a few hours preparing, packaging, and tidying up. The reheating instructions were clearly labeled on all the customized dishes along with a list of ingredients used. Thus, making it effortless to reheat the meals. The entire process was effortless, and the food tasted amazing!
