For eight years, I have worked as a trainer and assisted diverse clients. From individuals needing to lose weight for medical reasons to athletes aiming to set state records, I have helped them all improve their physical abilities. Thanks to my strong educational background and mentorship, I have developed a flexible and creative training approach for different individuals.
